Our Care-Built AI Standard

We make screen-free, soft, physical toys and tools that feel like friendly little neighbors—each with their own gentle personality. They’re here to invite calm routines, playful learning, and cozy moments… without open-internet chaos, addictive feeds, or surprise content that doesn’t belong in your home.

What We Stand For

  • Care-built from the start: Safety isn’t an add-on. It’s the foundation.
  • A toy or tool, not a relationship: Made for support, play, and practice—not dependence.
  • A prompt, not a prescription: Encouragement and reflection, not medical or clinical advice.
  • Bounded responses: Clear purpose, clear limits, fewer surprises.
  • Screen-free by nature: No doomscrolling. No attention traps. Just intentional moments.
  • Privacy-first always: We only keep what’s needed for the product to function—and leave the rest out.

What Our AI Does Not Do

  • No open-internet browsing
  • No social media integration
  • No manipulation: no nudging, persuading, or upselling
  • No “training leakage”: your interactions aren’t used to train public models
  • No screens: no blue-light spikes, no bent-neck sessions, no “just one more” loop
  • No resale of user data

Memory & Retention (Plain English)

  • We don’t sell or rent data from toy conversations or in-toy use.
  • Functional retention only: if something must be stored to make the toy work, we keep it minimal and purpose-limited.
  • Data minimization always: if we don’t need it, we don’t collect it.

Safety Boundaries

  • Our toys and tools are designed to support physical, emotional, and digital well being with clear, consistent guardrails—so the experience stays kind, cozy, and age-appropriate.

How We Respond to Unsafe Requests

If something unsafe comes up, we handle it with care:

  1. We gently redirect to a safer topic
  2. We notify a parent by email (when enabled / applicable)
  3. A parent can review a conversation log (when enabled / applicable)

Questions or Concerns?

  • Trust is everything to us. If you ever have questions, worries, or feedback, reach out—we’re here, and we’ll help.
